c. Cleaning Connect pre-screening procedures for cleaners is based on cleaner submitted information. We contact the member and review their business details with them. Only “Verified Cleaners” will be given actual background checks, reference checks, insurance verifications, bonding certificate verification, business licence verification, and search for claims and/or other business practices.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Cleaning Connect or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cleaning Connect's Internet site, even if Cleaning Connect or a Cleaning Connect authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
